About the role
We are seeking a Machine Operative to join our fast‑paced warehouse team in Southend‑on‑Sea. The role supports daily operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and the facility remains organised and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Book goods in and out, and replenish stock as needed.
- Check orders before dispatch to confirm completeness.
- Operate warehouse equipment where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.
Required profile
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 20 kg.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous machine operating experience.
- Ability to commute to Southend‑on‑Sea.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary of £27,000 per year.
- Pension scheme.
- Ongoing training.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
