Machine Operator - Food Production

About the role

Join a well‑established premium fruit juice manufacturer as a Machine Operator in food production. This temp‑to‑perm role offers long‑term stability within a supportive team environment, working on automated lines that produce high‑quality fresh juices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust automated production machinery.
• Keep equipment running safely and efficiently throughout each shift.
• Carry out routine checks, basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments.
• Complete quality control tasks and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating machinery is essential.
• Strong mechanical awareness and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a rotating weekly shift pattern.
• Reliable, punctual and confident in following set processes.
• Proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Own transport required due to rural location.
