Management Accountant – Revenue & Reporting

About the role

This is a full‑time Management Accountant position within a fast‑growing luxury student accommodation business. The role sits in the finance function and reports to the Head of Management Accounts, focusing on revenue accounting and reporting across a multi‑site portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the accounting and reporting of rental and ancillary income across all properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the Head of Management Accounts in producing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, leading all revenue‑related technical accounting work.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing, Operations and other finance teams to provide insightful analysis and business partnering.
• Drive transformation of revenue reporting and forecasting through system upgrades, new tools and automation.
• Assist with audit processes, particularly for multi‑site or property‑related audits where applicable.

Required profile

• ACA qualified (or equivalent) and seeking the first move from practice.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting in a property or multi‑site environment is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic about change, technology adoption and improving financial insight.
