Management Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with a specialist management consultancy that supports some of the UK’s largest organisations through transformational change. The firm seeks experienced Management Consultants to join its London team, working closely with senior client leaders on complex business and technology programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant workstreams within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to shape and deliver change.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive key decisions.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a valued advisor.
• Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support programme delivery from strategy through implementation.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of consulting experience, currently at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Proven experience leading teams, workstreams, projects or programmes.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and simplify complex ideas.
• Exposure to technology‑enabled transformation programmes.
