About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand financial performance, manage costs and analyse profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Learn fleet and logistics management, plan resources and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, taking responsibility for staff development.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record.
