Manager - Enterprise Sales

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring a Sales Manager in London. The manager leads all sales activities, focuses on meeting sales targets, builds and leads a professional sales team and executes growth strategies. The role covers new business development, partner relationship building, pipeline management, sales presentations and customer appointment scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities with a focus on meeting sales targets
• Recruit, hire and train a sales development representative team, and coach, motivate and mentor a new business sales team
• Drive sales motions and campaigns, and develop new business with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Build strong partner relationships and engage internal resources such as marketing to create brand awareness
• Oversee accurate pipeline management, deliver sales presentations and schedule customer appointments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in an outside sales role supporting enterprise customers
• 3+ years of technology sales experience
• 1+ years of management experience preferred
• Proven track record of attaining sales goals and quotas, and experience working with C-level executives
• Expert level in time management, planning, problem solving, motivation, presentation skills, self-motivation, consultative sales, negotiation, collaboration, adaptability and analytical thinking

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
