Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is expanding its cyber security consulting practice and is looking for an experienced Manager to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements across the UK and globally. You will work within the UK & Ireland Cyber Practice, delivering cutting‑edge security transformation programmes for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage IAM engagements, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against quality, time, budget and scope targets.
• Lead onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Work with prospective clients to define scope, plan delivery phases and align expectations.
• Provide specialist advice on secure architecture blueprints, secure software engineering practices and cyber defence optimisation.
• Collaborate with UK and global colleagues to develop innovative IAM solutions and industry‑specific propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering IAM services in large, multi‑discipline consulting engagements.
• Strong ability to advise clients on current market trends and emerging cyber security challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple cyber, technology and business domains.
