Manager – Temporary Service Providers (Resource Management)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to find an experienced EMEA Manager for Temporary Service Providers. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Legal, Procurement and Consulting, ensuring external consultants are engaged efficiently, compliantly and commercially across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of external consultant and Temporary Service Provider programmes across EMEA.
• Partner with senior business leaders, Legal, Procurement, HR and Operations to align strategy.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, engagement processes and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence and continuous improvement of the temporary workforce lifecycle.
• Monitor utilisation, reporting, contractor data and programme performance.
• Provide workforce and supplier insights to support commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of contractor compliance, employment legislation and governance, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Solid experience in resource management (temporary or contractor) within consulting or professional services.
• Proven vendor and supplier management expertise.
• Experience working in consulting, legal, Big Four, or other project‑based environments is advantageous.
