About the role
The Manufacturing Quality Inspector will provide technical support to resolve production defects and variations (DPV) at Lotus' state‑of‑the‑art Hethel facility. This is a temporary, ongoing role starting immediately and running until the end of 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the production team to investigate and contain DPV issues, delivering timely corrective actions.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis studies and develop permanent process improvements.
- Document and communicate process changes to cross‑functional teams.
- Support troubleshooting efforts, focusing on high‑priority DPV concerns.
- Participate in shop‑floor process development and continuous improvement activities.
Required profile
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Full driving licence.
- Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
What we offer
- Temporary contract until the end of 2026 with weekly pay through an agency.
