Market & Business Strategy Manager

About the role

The Market & Business Strategy Manager will support strategic planning, market intelligence, political consulting, and ecosystem strategy for the North American region within Bosch's Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategy frameworks, planning tools, and visualizations to ensure consistent regional strategic alignment.
• Coordinate strategic planning sessions, track progress against priorities, and prepare executive materials for business reviews and global meetings.
• Lead a structured market intelligence program, monitor automotive and technology trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments, maintain relationships with government affairs, and provide analyses for leadership.
• Analyze the automotive technology ecosystem, assess partnership opportunities, and advise on ecosystem strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, market intelligence, product management, or marketing.
• Proven ability to develop executive‑level recommendations and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
