Marketing Account Executive – Exeter

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join our Exeter office on a permanent basis. The role will support brand development, business growth and client engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, advertisements, tender documents, reports, website and social media content.
• Plan and deliver client events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions and agricultural shows from concept through to evaluation.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage and update website content, optimise pages for SEO and ensure information remains current.
• Maintain marketing databases, coordinate promotional materials and manage branded assets.
• Support the firm’s social media presence by creating engaging content and promoting events, news and business updates.
• Monitor marketing activity and data, report on campaign performance and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Work with external suppliers including designers, printers, PR and digital agencies.
• Support sponsorship activities and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Travel to offices across Devon and Somerset, collaborating with partners and colleagues on marketing projects.
• Occasionally attend events outside normal office hours when required.

Required profile

• Creative, organised and passionate about delivering high‑quality marketing activity.
• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign).
• Canva.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and website content management.
• Marketing database management.
