Marketing Analyst – Fintech (12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a specialist performance‑marketing analytics team within a FTSE 250 fintech. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in London, working hybrid (three days in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance‑marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives.
• Map and analyse the digital funnel and customer acquisition pathways.
• Produce regular Google Analytics reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable recommendations and present findings to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong SQL knowledge (essential).
• Experience in performance marketing or digital analytics.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
• Background in technology, fintech or fast‑growing scale‑ups preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
