Marketing Assistant – Hybrid (West Sussex)

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing function at Telecom Acquisitions Ltd, providing administrative and coordination help while developing hands‑on marketing skills. Working in a busy, AI‑first team in Horsham, the role offers a clear progression path from support tasks to campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and organisational support to the marketing team.
• Track tasks, deadlines and progress across marketing activities to keep work on schedule.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of campaigns and customer communications.
• Contribute to copywriting and content creation across channels as skills develop.
• Use AI tools for drafting, organising and researching with provided training.
• Take on increasingly responsible marketing tasks as experience grows.

Required profile

• Strong written English – clear, accurate and easy to read.
• Well‑organised, reliable and detail‑oriented with good follow‑through.
• Genuine appetite to learn and build a career in marketing.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them daily.
• Some previous copywriting or writing experience (academic, personal, freelance or professional) – desirable.
• Familiarity with common office and productivity tools – desirable.
• Interest in broadband, telecoms or consumer marketing – desirable.
