Marketing Assistant & Support – London/Remote

About the role

The Marketing Assistant & Support role will work across all departments to help develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication. This full‑time position can be based in Central London or worked remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with all departments regarding marketing plans.
• Update and develop communication methods.
• Maintain comprehensive, consistent branding across all channels.
• Manage data, including subscriptions and cross‑data checks.
• Review and analyse marketing information.
• Provide general office administration support.

Required profile

• Strong ability to learn and retain information.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Experience applying project governance effectively.
• High numeracy and attention to detail.
