Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Brand Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing activities for a growing travel business. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, delivering integrated campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage audiences and convert interest into enquiries and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, PR and offline channels.
• Create best‑in‑class marketing content and lead production for website, blogs, video, email and social platforms.
• Oversee digital performance, collaborating with SEO, PPC and paid‑social initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal sales teams, external agencies, travel partners and suppliers.
• Analyse campaign results and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience within the travel industry (tour operator, DMC, travel trade or B2B/B2C travel brand).
• Demonstrated success delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and paid social.
• Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring team members.

What we offer
