About the role

This position supports an ambitious, relationship‑led professional services firm in London, driving growth through targeted marketing and business development initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance brand visibility, engage clients and partners, and innovate using digital and AI‑driven approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted marketing and business development campaigns aligned with growth objectives.
• Support client, prospect and referral partner engagement activities.
• Manage website, social media, email marketing and SEO performance.
• Create compelling content, thought‑leadership pieces and communications.
• Organise events, seminars and networking opportunities.
• Utilise analytics and AI‑powered tools to optimise marketing efficiency.
• Test and implement new digital marketing approaches.

Required profile

• Marketing experience in professional services, financial services or a relationship‑led B2B environment.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across social media, CRM, email marketing and web platforms.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for business growth.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies and marketing innovation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
