Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a market‑leading manufacturer’s growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support campaigns and events across the UK and North America, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multi‑region marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate production and distribution of digital and print marketing materials.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and delivering trade shows, conferences and customer events, including logistics, collateral and lead capture.
• Liaise with designers, printers and event suppliers to manage briefs, timelines, budgets and delivery.
• Prepare sales teams with the right tools for customer‑facing events.
• Track campaign performance, budgets and maintain accurate lead and activity data.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator comfortable supporting senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Business, CIM or similar are advantageous but not essential.
