Marketing & Loyalty Manager – Senior Operations (11‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (Marketing & Loyalty) to join a fast‑growing grocery and retail business on an 11‑month maternity cover contract. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will lead customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Commercial and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Own customer communications across email, push notifications and in‑app channels.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new partnerships and commercial initiatives.
• Design and deliver customer loyalty and retention programmes.
• Use data and customer insights to optimise campaign performance and the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, growth, CRM, loyalty or commercial strategy.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across multiple teams.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer‑focused businesses is advantageous.
