Marketing Officer – Future Students

About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Marketing Officer to join our team at Bath Spa University. The role sits within the Future Students department and will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity for the university and its academic schools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate marketing campaigns aligned with university objectives.
• Collaborate with academic staff, current students and other stakeholders to identify promotion opportunities.
• Develop creative ideas across digital platforms and continuously improve recruitment‑cycle campaigns.
• Create and edit content for print, web and digital channels, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong communication and copywriting abilities for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience handling education‑related data and working with third‑party partners.
