Marketing Specialist (4-month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives across the EU, focusing on key Q4 peak events. The 4-month contract is hybrid, with two days per week in our London office, and offers the chance to work on large-scale ecommerce campaigns for Amazon’s EU business.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of customer marketing campaigns across onsite merchandising and outbound channels.
• Manage campaign delivery, monitor performance and contribute to continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign launches.
• Support operational processes that improve shopping experiences and funnel performance.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ecommerce or retail marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM, customer lifecycle and outbound marketing.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and operational KPIs.
