Mathematics Teacher – Temporary (Day Rate £130‑£200)

About the role

Term Time Teachers is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join a high‑performing maths department serving schools in Tonbridge and Malling. This temporary position offers a flexible start date and the chance to make a real impact on secondary‑school pupils' mathematical development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess the mathematics curriculum for secondary students.
• Provide constructive feedback to support each child's academic progress.
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking and problem‑solving through engaging mathematical activities.
• Monitor and record pupils' development and progress throughout the term.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Legal right to work in the UK and a commitment to safeguarding children.
