Mobile HGV Automotive Technician – East London

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile HGV Automotive Technician to join our Flex‑E‑Rent team covering East London and Purfleet. You will work on a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles, providing on‑site maintenance and repairs while ensuring safety and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of heavy‑goods vehicles, including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford models.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and ensure they meet all safety and quality standards.
• Perform mobile servicing and, when required, work in the workshop.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver timely solutions for commercial‑vehicle hire customers.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven experience working with HGVs.
• Full Class 2 UK/Ireland/EU manual driving licence.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude towards vehicle maintenance.
