Mobile LCV Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Kent)

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Mobile Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join its Flex‑E‑Rent team in Kent. You will work across the region, servicing a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles and ensuring they remain safe, reliable and ready for hire.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of LCVs and HGVs, including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford models.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT examinations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a friendly, skilled team and provide on‑site support as required.
• Flexibly work from the mobile unit and, when needed, from the workshop.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven experience with HGVs or LCVs.
• Full UK/Ireland/EU manual driving licence.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude and a passion for vehicle maintenance.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics.
• LCV/HGV maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of Mercedes, Iveco and Ford commercial vehicle systems.
• MOT preparation and safety compliance.
