Mortgage Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our busy, well‑established mortgage team in Horsham. You will provide dedicated support to a Mortgage Adviser team, managing client cases from start to finish while developing your technical knowledge of mortgage and protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Support the mortgage and protection team with end‑to‑end case management.
• Manage client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders and providers.
• Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with research and preparation of suitability letters (training provided).
• Work closely with advisers to ensure a smooth, high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mortgage administration or a related financial services role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong ownership and accountability for your workload.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

What we offer

• Salary £28,000 – £35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service.
