Mortgage Adviser – Up to £100K OTE with Car Allowance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a market‑leading estate agency in Dagenham. You will work closely with the estate agency team to convert referrals into successful mortgage deals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial advice to clients.
• Collaborate with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities.
• Convert pre‑booked appointments into completed business.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Follow up on opportunities and ensure regular customer contact.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Identify referral opportunities for conveyancing, lettings and surveying services.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser with a strong sales record.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – preferred.
• Experience within an estate‑agency environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven with a commercial mindset.
• Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively.
