Mortgage Advisor

About the role

The Openwork Partnership is seeking self‑employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join its growing network. This role offers the freedom to work remotely or in a hybrid setting while building a profitable advisory business backed by extensive support and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice that meets each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Assess financial situations, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing and partnership development.
• Collaborate with the partnership’s administrative and compliance teams to manage case paperwork.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and proven experience in mortgage and protection advice.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a drive to grow a client portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, professional and focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
