About the role

Join a growing team of Mortgage Advisors in a busy Romford office, helping customers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You will receive warm leads and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering expert advice and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage advice and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Manage re‑mortgage enquiries and promote complementary insurance products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop relationships with estate agents to generate referrals.
• Prospect new clients proactively to expand the customer base.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMap 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Motivated by results, with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and articulate presentation.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £29,000 per annum.
• Uncapped OTE up to £70,000 per annum.
