Mortgage Broker – High Net Worth (HNW) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a top‑performing Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning high‑net‑worth (HNW) mortgage brokerage serving the Hampshire and Surrey area. The role offers a hybrid Monday‑Friday schedule, no weekend work, and access to a strong lead pipeline from internal referrals, estate agents and accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maximise relationships with introducers such as estate agents and accountants.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to HNW clients and match them with suitable products.
• Manage a portfolio of leads from multiple sources and convert them into successful deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage advisory.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clientele is preferred.
• Proven success in collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
