Mortgage Broker – Hybrid, Tiered Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Mortgage Broker to join our award‑winning mortgage and protection team in Surrey. You will work with a strong lead source and enjoy a hybrid working model, spending two days a week at home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base, including high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation (estate‑agency sourced) to completion.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the administration team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Professional, customer‑focused and highly motivated.
• Experience handling estate‑agency generated leads.

Required skills

• CeMAP qualification.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
