About the role
We are seeking a passionate Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our award‑winning team in Crawley. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process while ensuring they have the right protection in place.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Provide honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey, making the experience clear and confidence‑building.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused attitude.
- Organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing your own workload.
