About the role

Join Halfords Garage Services at a brand‑new Fusion centre in Cirencester and become a key part of the UK’s largest automotive service network. As an MOT Tester you will deliver high‑quality vehicle inspections while contributing to a first‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with legal standards and company procedures.
• Perform light vehicle maintenance tasks when not testing.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and service actions.
• Assist colleagues in the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid MOT Testing Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 penalty points.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support workshop activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in conducting MOT examinations.
• Basic knowledge of light vehicle maintenance.
