Motor Claims Handler – Join New Team

About the role

This is a brand‑new Motor Claims Handler position within an expanding InsurTech claims operation. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting motor incidents, handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls and ensuring a smooth, reassuring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming FNOL calls and log claims accurately.
• Gather details on liability, third parties and property damage.
• Assess liability and support claim investigations where required.
• Manage claims through the customer journey, including repairs and total loss cases.
• Maintain accurate claim records, reserves and payments.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling motor claims and strong communication skills.
• Ability to gather accurate information, investigate claim circumstances and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with excellent attention to detail and a proactive improvement mindset.
