Multi Skilled Operative – Refurbishment & Fit‑out

About the role

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Bristol team, carrying out refurbishment and fit‑out projects for a range of buildings. The role is permanent, full‑time and offers a competitive hourly rate with overtime and merit pay after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant working environment in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Follow technical instructions, RAMS and company procedures to complete work safely, efficiently and to the required quality.
• Carry out refurbishment and fit‑out activities according to specifications, SOPs and RAMS.
• Support colleagues by assisting with activities across the team and stepping in where qualified.
• Collaborate with the team and promptly escalate any unresolved issues.

Required profile

• Experience in operational environments performing a variety of semi‑skilled tasks.
• Practical skills acquired through training and supervised application.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and materials with safe usage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as SOPs, risk assessments and method statements.
• Possession of a Slinger/Signaller ticket and CSCS card is desirable.
