Multi Skilled Technician – Property Preservation

About the role

Timberwise is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join its Property Care team in the Midlands, based in Northampton. You will deliver a variety of property preservation and repair services, travelling across the region to ensure homes are protected from damp, timber decay and water ingress.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out damp and timber treatments, including dry rot, woodworm eradication and damp‑proofing.
• Install waterproofing systems and perform first‑ and second‑fix joinery work.
• Complete general plastering tasks as required on site.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service on every project.

Required profile

• Proven ability in plastering and/or joinery.
• Self‑motivated with strong planning and workload management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork attitude.
• Valid CSCS card and NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
