Multi‑Trade Operative (Plasterer) – Tonbridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced plasterer who can also operate across a range of complementary trades to support our property portfolio in Tonbridge and the surrounding area. The role is full‑time, permanent and involves delivering high‑quality maintenance, repairs and void‑work services to our homes.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works to a first‑class standard across residential properties.
• Perform general maintenance, responsive repairs and void‑work tasks as required.
• Conduct property MOT inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Complete assignments efficiently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Use a company‑provided van and tools for site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plasterer with the ability to undertake secondary trades.
• Reliable, customer‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle will be provided).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
