Multi‑Trader / Site Supervisor (Refurbishment & Maintenance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Trader or Site Supervisor to join an ongoing refurbishment project on a contract basis. The role involves hands‑on supervision of site activities, coordination of trades, and ensuring that all work meets the required quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance works on site.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Manage subcontractors and site operatives as required.
• Carry out multi‑trade tasks to support project delivery.
• Monitor quality control and enforce health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Multi‑Trader or Site Supervisor in refurbishment, maintenance or repair environments.
• Strong understanding of multiple trades, including general building maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Ability to manage workloads and coordinate site activities effectively.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential); relevant site certifications are advantageous.
