National Account Manager – Managed Convenience

About the role

The National Account Manager – Managed Convenience will be the primary interface with key retail partners, driving strategic and tactical plans across beer and soft‑drink categories. You will lead negotiations, develop joint business plans and ensure execution that meets financial, distribution and share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer‑specific strategic plans aligned with the Managed Convenience 9‑Box Grid.
• Collaborate with customers to create best‑in‑class partnerships and ensure flawless outlet‑level execution.
• Develop, negotiate and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) following internal governance.
• Deploy the WAMOC (Winning at the Moments of Choice) plan and feed flex requirements back to planning teams.
• Model, deliver and negotiate cost‑price changes, handling objections as required.
• Work with the Supply Chain Collaboration Manager to forecast customer volumes and support accurate business planning.
• Lead a broad customer contact strategy to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and adjust plans to meet channel financial and brand execution goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national accounts within the beverage sector.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate joint business plans and handle cost‑price discussions.
