Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant (Christmas)

About the role

Join Waitrose as a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant during the busy Christmas period. You will work overnight to keep shelves stocked, fulfil online orders and support the shop team, earning a night premium on top of your hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish stock to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
• Prepare online customer orders for delivery.
• Reduce waste by applying markdowns to items nearing their sell‑by dates.
• Assist the wider shop team with checkout support, Click & Collect orders and on‑demand customer requests.
• Maintain a safe, tidy working environment and perform general shop‑keeping tasks.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is desirable.
• Interest in food and drink trends and a flexible approach to support the whole branch.
