About the role

This role is a dynamic National Account Manager position focused on private‑label retail across the UK. You will own national retail accounts with full commercial responsibility, driving sales, margin and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans with national retail partners.
  • Manage pricing, contracts, margin and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, supply chain and category teams.
  • Lead customer meetings and strategic reviews to influence account strategy.
  • Drive volume and margin growth, monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing national retail accounts within FMCG.
  • Strong commercial awareness with confidence in P&L ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a margin‑focused environment.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally without relying on hierarchy.
