About the role

The Neighbourhood Housing Lead will join a growing team in East London, supporting the Housing Management function to deliver consistent, high‑quality service for residents. This 12‑week temporary position focuses on building trust and satisfaction across a portfolio of 500‑600 homes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housing Management team in delivering reliable, repeatable services for residents.
• Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within the assigned patch.
• Help improve resident satisfaction and ensure homes meet expectations.
• Manage a patch aligned with local authority boundaries, covering roughly 500‑600 properties.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, grit, and a can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to challenge processes to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle a complex workload.
• Effective stakeholder management with diverse customer bases.
• Relevant experience in a similar housing or community role.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car for work use.
