Neighbourhood Response Officer (Hybrid – Surrey)

About the role

The Neighbourhood Response Officer will work with residents and external agencies to keep Clarion’s estates clean, safe and well‑maintained across Surrey. This hybrid position is based in Leatherhead and combines office time with regular visits to estates and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents and external partners to maintain clean and safe estates.
• Identify, plan and deliver improvements to housing estates.
• Support vulnerable customers and address anti‑social behaviour.
• Provide a visible presence on estates, offering guidance, early intervention and practical tenancy solutions.
• Travel across the region, visiting residents and estates and attending regional offices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and complete Basic Criminal Record Checks.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel across Surrey and access to a vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to undergo a Basic Criminal Record Check.
• Flexibility to work 36 hours per week in a hybrid schedule.
