NetSuite Administrator / Owner – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are a global sports media and technology business seeking a NetSuite Administrator / Owner to join our finance function in Central London. This hybrid role offers ownership of the NetSuite ERP environment and a chance to shape the systems roadmap for a fast‑growing international operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
• Manage system upgrades, configurations, customisations and integrations with third‑party applications.
• Maintain user roles, permissions and segregation of duties.
• Support finance reporting, data analysis and process optimisation.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, saved searches and system enhancements.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems such as banking, reconciliation and AP automation tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and interface issues.
• Provide ongoing support and training to NetSuite users across the organisation.
• Document requirements and support development and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience administering, configuring and developing NetSuite in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite reporting, dashboards, saved searches and workflows.
• Experience supporting core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Understanding of SuiteScript and automation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and functions with minimal supervision.
