Senior Product & Proposition Manager

About the role

Barclays is looking for a Senior Product & Proposition Manager to lead the future of customer onboarding across its UK locations. You will own the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding capabilities, ensuring seamless journeys, strong fraud controls and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional feature teams to deliver scalable, resilient and compliant onboarding solutions.
• Transform the operating model by simplifying prioritisation and re‑using services across the organisation.
• Champion agile ways of working, coach Product Owners and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor product performance through adoption rates, customer satisfaction and revenue metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive Product Owner experience with backlog management and Agile delivery.
• Proven background in digital customer onboarding within a regulated financial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business, technology and control functions.
• Experience leading through matrix structures and delivering outcomes across multiple agile teams.
