About the role
The NPI Engineer acts as a subject‑matter expert responsible for driving new product introductions and advanced material research. You will design, prioritize, and oversee experiments that improve product quality and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritise, conduct and supervise experimental projects.
- Lead stage‑gate review meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify site‑wide opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Generate innovative product ideas and contribute to new product development.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of technical principles and ability to apply them broadly.
- Proven experience in R&D testing, experimental design and technical proof‑of‑concept work.
- Demonstrated capability to write project plans, set timelines and allocate resources for complex technical projects.
