Night Cleaner – Hotel

About the role

As a Night Cleaner at The Medlock, you will be the quiet, reliable presence that keeps the hotel immaculate while guests sleep. Working overnight, you will ensure all public areas are refreshed and ready for the next day’s arrivals, supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deep clean and maintain lobbies, lounges, corridors and guest facilities during the night shift.
• Respond to late‑arriving guest requests, assist with luggage and set up meeting rooms for the morning.
• Carry out regular security, safety and hygiene checks throughout the property.
• Refresh public spaces, replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Work independently while collaborating with the daytime team to ensure a smooth handover.

Required profile

• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously during night hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
