Night Concierge – 24/7 Resident Support

About the role

Ensures a smooth transition from day to night community operations through contributing to an exceptional 24/7 resident experience, delivering outstanding customer service, whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness within the community. The Night Concierge works a 12‑hour night shift (8 pm‑8 am) on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off pattern, averaging 42 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a role model at all times by demonstrating the core values.
• Provides reception, administration, and exceptional customer service and safety support, including key management and handling lock‑outs.
• Ensures all relevant company policies and procedures are actioned effectively, such as guest procedures and out‑of‑hours check‑in/check‑out.
• Responds to booking enquiries and supports full occupancy of the community.
• Supports social events and resident engagement activities.
• Prepares and delivers handover communication between day and night teams.
• Handles customer complaints promptly and escalates when necessary.
• Manages common amenity areas, performing minor cleaning, litter picks and spill removal.
• Addresses minor maintenance issues and reports tenant faults.
• Investigates basic lock, heating, power, and leak problems and performs simple fixes.
• Maintains incident log and reports trends to the Community Manager.
• Ensures safety and security, responding to emergencies and liaising with emergency services.
• Maintains positive relationships with neighbours, local authorities, and community officers.
• Conducts room and communal area inspections as required.
