Night Concierge – Residential Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our award‑winning residential property management team at the Hurlingham Waterfront development in London. Working the night shift, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment throughout the building’s extensive amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24‑hour front‑desk service, handling enquiries, deliveries and incident reports.
• Monitor and maintain security across common areas, including the pool, gym, cinema and resident lounges.
• Respond promptly to resident feedback and resolve issues on the spot.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers during night hours.
• Support the on‑site team by leading and motivating staff during your shift.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for residents and guests.
• Proven experience in high‑level customer service, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
