About the role
As a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant you will keep shelves stocked and support online order fulfilment during night hours, helping customers enjoy a fully stocked store.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish stock to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Prepare online customer orders for delivery drivers.
- Reduce waste by applying markdowns to items nearing their sell‑by dates.
- Support the wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect and on‑demand orders.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Required profile
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role is desirable.
What we offer
- Night premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00‑06:00.
- Competitive hourly rate (£13.00, rising to £13.25 after 90 days).
