Night Shift Production Operative

About the role

Join a global manufacturing leader as a Night Shift Production Operative in Congleton. You will work the 10:00 pm‑6:00 am shift, helping to keep production lines running smoothly and safely while gaining valuable experience in a modern facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a complete production line or sequence from a control‑room environment.
• Monitor and manage production processes, performance parameters and quality checks.
• Set up and control production programmes, adjusting as needed.
• Follow contingency procedures when deviations occur and liaise with maintenance for repairs.
• Support manufacturing staff and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset suitable for night‑shift work.

Required skills

• Basic aptitude for operating production line machinery.
