About the role
Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Formby nursery. You will support children from babies to preschoolers, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and fostering their intellectual, social and emotional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare materials and arrange rooms to create a safe, stimulating environment.
- Plan and deliver EYFS‑aligned activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
- Act as a Key Person, overseeing each child’s development, care needs and building strong family connections.
Required profile
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience working with children under 5.
- Genuine interest in early childhood education.
Required skills
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
